I think if you apologize and such she should understand, it is hard…kind of like the is she or isn’t she pregnant, one tends to assume. Never fear I think we have all put our foot in our mouth once or a couple hundred times in our lives.

I’ve heard that Technorati operates on a six month cycle, so they keep track of your blog’s activities over the previous six months. This means that if you took a break around the beginning of the calendar year your authority can take a dip now. The same thing happened to me but I’ve managed to bring my rating higher than it was before by blogging and commenting a lot.
