My friend was corresponding with me regarding some documents that she and her kids needed to process the latter’s residence visa abroad. Patty is not feeling well. Her friends know about it so they are going to order flowers for her. Flowers cheer her up! Most especially a bunch of colorful flowers. It’s also something that she makes sure her house always has.

Maddie, one of Patty’s friends, is the one ordering the flowers for the group. She will send it to Patty’s house and after office hours, Maddie and the rest of their friends will troop to Patty’s house with food and some entertainment. I received an invitation from a long-lost friend to become a godmother to her third child. I accepted it immediately! The friend was really close to me back in high school and we just lost communication because she went to live in the province in college. I am meeting my friend tomorrow for dinner. I can’t wait to see her! It’s been more than a decade already since I last saw her. I didn’t even know why she thought of me after all these years but I am happy that she did.

I was touched when I heard that my friend’s two daughters pooled their resources to get their mom/my friend one of the mothers rings that they found online. It’s so sweet! They really saved up, not spending all their school allowances, just so they could get their mom a ring.

Some mothers are not really appreciated by their kids. I pity those moms. I think moms deserve to be appreciated each and every single day. They are unsung heroes in our lives!

I wish my mom’s still here so I can tell her that she’s my hero and inspiration…

The local hospital is requesting healthcare carts to be donated by known philanthropists in the area. Anyway, these people are regularly doing charity work so they might as well know that the hospital has needs for carts.

I know some of those people. They are truly kind and have made it a mission to help the local community in whatever way they can. They donate to schools, public clinics, hospitals and anything that has to do with education and healthcare. Big help, that’s what they’re giving to people. And hope.

Melanie came back from a business trip to find something new in the store… pergo flooring! The store is actually a showroom of the clothes that she designed and her brother’s art work. Her brother, for some reason known only to him, decided to change the old flooring.

But she likes it! She likes the new flooring in the store. She likes that the flooring complements the collection that she just pitched to a major clothing brand abroad. Representatives of the brand will come to visit and see her collection. She likes the fact that the flooring is like an extension of her pieces!

Bernie is a distant relative of mine who went to live with us since he was a little boy. He is now in his early 30′s and working for my dad as his personal assistant. We just got one of the baby announcements sent out by Leon to all his family and close friends. His wife gave birth to a bouncing baby boy last weekend! The mother and son are still both in the hospital regaining their strength but will soon be out to go home.

Leon and his wife spent two years after their marriage enjoying being alone. So after those two years, now that their child is already here, they both can’t contain their joy and love and wanted to share to the world their bundle of blessing!

There are a couple of persons I know who are out of jobs at the moment. Persons who are in bad need to earn a living for their families. I try as much as I can to help. Sending vacancies in companies that I see online. Like right now, I know there are healthcare jobs waiting for at least two of those persons I know. They can take advantage of those available jobs and start earning a living for their families.

It’s so hard to be without a job these days. Every one in the family just have to pull their weights or it will never be enough for everyone.
