Time to check the free insurance quotes I am asking for. I need to have it in time for the expiration of the ones I have right now. I am all for saving up this coming year. Learning how to budget and knowing when to buy or not are just two of the things I want to improve on. No more impulsive buying for me. No more unnecessary trips to the mall or to the bookstore.
