FLC’s Thinking Out Loud

Weight loss is such a sensitive topic for most women I know. For some reason, weight has become a very big deal in the past couple of years. Skinny women are everywhere. What’s bad is that you can see them in tv, movies, posters, billboards and almost everywhere media is involved. Personally, I think it is great that a woman is in shape. But it doesn’t have to come to the point wherein she becomes as skinny as a skeleton. That looks just disgusting. I know girl friends who should try Anoretix to lose some weight. Though, I will still advise them to not lose too much weight. Just enough to make them look fit.

I would like to get a new bedroom. But because I only have two rooms in my condo unit, I had no choice but the other room. But it is smaller than the one I have right now. A cousin of mine suggested that I just have the room renovated or redecorated, whatever I can afford. I thought of redecorating it for now. I bought some new pieces, including vessel sinks for the bathrooms, inside my bedroom as well as the bathroom in the other room. I bought a new bed, a slightly smaller one that what I had. When I was checking out the room and imagining the new pieces, I know it will be good for now.

Yesterday, I was touring the metro, running errands for the family. I had to check an indoor antenna for the tv upstairs. I had to buy a luggage set for my aunt who will be going out of the country by next week. I had to go check out an HDMI switch for my brother. I had to go get a plane ticket for my cousin who will be flying to London tomorrow. Plus I had to check out some outdoor gear for another cousin. It was crazy, I tell you. Thank goodness I already called up stores and checked out some items online before anything else.

My friend, Shen, has been asking me to accompany her and her fiance to check out some places that they can use for their official engagement party. I actually suggested three venues already and they checked out two of it. They want me to accompany them for the third venue. I could go with them except that I am quite busy this week. I also suggested a possible place for them to go to for their honeymoon. I told them that they can go check out the Hilton Head rental I told Shen about. I just might be invited to go with them to their honeymoon, I don’t know. Just kidding! Shen is just like a sister to me and I was the one who introduced Ron, her fiance. That is probably I am this important to them. It feels good, to be quite honest.

Our company is looking for an expert to do market research for us. Our company will be launching a new product in the market soon and our company executives would like to know what our target market thinks of it before anything else. At least before launching the product, we would know right away what our target market thinks of it, if it will have a glimmer of being successful in the market, its profitability and all.
