My friend and I went out last week to get totally de-stressed and relaxed. We want the bone-melting, knee-weak kinda relaxation so we went to the beach. It was a five-day getaway and two of the five days were spent at a luxury spa. We booked ourselves to this popular spa for two days where we underwent detoxification and pampering. It was a really great stay, I must say. We even had this tattoo idea but I am still thinking about it while my friend went for it. She had one at her lower back. It’s so cool! I am thinking of a dragon tattooed on my hip. Probably by my next getaway I will get one.

With all the stress we get from work, it is best that we go on a relaxing vacation from time to time. Even for a day or two. It will make a huge difference in our disposition, believe me. After my five-day vacation, I felt relaxed, composed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world once more.

One of my girl best friends are going to be a new mother in three months’ time. It is really an exciting time for her and all her friends including me. I also have other girl friends who are mothers now as well. One of them has two little girls while another one has a boy.
